English: Chirk Station A Cardiff - Holyhead train operated by Arriva Trains Wales pauses at Chirk station. Most of the smaller station on the Shrewsbury - Chester line closed in 1960, but Chirk was one of the survivors and is now a calling point for trains such as this providing a through service between south and north Wales. |
