Description
Español: Locomotora de vapor número 631 de "Ferrocarriles del Estado", construida, montada o armada en Chile, por el Establecimiento Caleta Abarca (de Viña del Mar, cerca de Valparaíso), en el año 1913, cuando la fábrica se llamaba: "Sociedad de Maestranzas y Galvanización (SMyG)". Esta locomotora, de vía o trocha ancha, fue clasificada como "Tipo 57". Se encuentra en la Quinta Normal, que es un parque de Santiago de Chile, donde tiene su sede el "Museo Ferroviario de Santiago". Para el montaje de esta locomotora se utilizaron planos de "North British". Incorporó muchas piezas importadas.
