Grape-Vine Blackberry. This is certainly a most wonderful fruit and is calledGrape-Vine Blackberry, because it grows on trellis or treeslike a Grapevine,the vines not dying down after fruiting as isthe ease with all other Blackberries, but continue to live andgrow year after year like a Grape-vine. It will grow as longand as rapidly as a grape-vine, bearing in prodigrious quan-tity large, luscious blackberries from the middle of Julyuntil October. In quantity or weight of fruit it will out-yield the grape three times, and ripening as it does over »long period of time makes it immensely valuable.
