English: Santa Maria della Visitazione in Venice. The ceiling of the nave is the work most remarkable of the church. It is a coffered ceiling; This type of ceiling is rare in Venice; it consists of 58 square meters of 1.30 element aside. Each element is centered on a painting of the saints of the Old and New Testament. In the center is the main draw round (diameter 2.50 meters) illustrates "the meeting between the young Mary and her cousin Elizabeth." The paintings date back to the sixteenth century and are the work of Pietro Paolo Agabito and his workshop.
Français : Église Santa Maria della Visitazione à Venise. Le plafond de la nef est l’œuvre la plus remarquable de l’église. C’est un plafond à caissons ; ce type de plafond est rare à Venise; il se compose de 58 élément carré de 1,30 mètres de côté. Chaque élément est centré sur un tableau qui représente les saints de l'Ancien et du nouveau Testament. Au centre le tableau principal est rond (diamètre 2,50 mètres) il illustre "la rencontre entre la jeune Vierge Marie et sa cousine Elisabeth". Les peintures datent du début du XVIe siècle et sont l'œuvre de Pietro Paolo Agabito et de son atelier.

La parte più significativa e pregevole della chiesa è il soffitto che raccoglie 58 tavole (esempio rarissimo in Venezia) ciascuna di metri 1,30 per ogni lato, con ritratti di Santi dell'Antico e del Nuovo Testamento e un tondo centrale (del diametro di metri 2,50) raffigurante L'incontro tra la giovane Vergine Maria e sua cugina Elisabetta. I dipinti risalgono agli inizi del Cinquecento e sono opera di Pietro Paolo Agabiti e della sua bottega.
