| Description |
English: Cram of chicken soup in a restaurant in Ankara, Turkey. The wooden support beneath, not to burn the table (many Turkish dishes in a sahan or earthenware "güveç" come to the table quite hot.) is called "nihale" in Turkish. I would appreciate if any Wikipedian could twell me English word for thet kind of wood, metal or cloth heat preventors. (Not trivet or "sacayağı", that is for cooking on an open fire.) |
