English: For Maj. Owen-John Williams, 47th Medical Group Mental Health Flight commander and Amistad Eagles assistant cheerleading coach, cheerleading was a way of life since he was 15-years-old. Williams and his family base much of their lives on going to the gym, practicing cheer, and competing together with a local Del Rio cheerleading team, the Amistad Eagles.
