Description
English: Loan from Firmin Desloge to L.C. (Lewis Cass) Hite, in the amount of $3,787.40 (this is the same loan described in the previous document). Personal property offered as collateral: one portable steam circular saw mill, 12 hp, and cylinder about 10 by 20 inches together with all appliances and fixtures thereto attached, cut off saw and all appliances and fixtures, now located on land within about seven miles of Potosi and all the lumber sawed of stacked in the mill yard and about the premises and saw mill and any logs to be milled and any lumber owned by the Mill stacked at any other location, including Iron Mountain Rail Road Depot in Potosi.
