As per email sent by librarian (Beverley Lee): "Northern Territory Library are in the progress on changing to creative commons. We will be using CC-BY 4.0 for images." (16 May 2019)

This was after I had emailed a request asking if they were free for use on Wikipedia, and later asking for clarification, sending her the link to the Creative Commons info page. She responded as above. Then in a separate email she later sent me the high resolution copies of the photos shown on the website (29 May 2019).
