Summary[edit]

Description
English: Portrait of Major-General Charles Stuart, son of John Stuart, 3rd Earl of Bute. Known for fighting against the US in the American War of Independence and against France in the Napoleonic Wars. Not to be confused with Major-General Charles "Hindoo" Stuart, an officer of the East India Company.
