Summary[edit]

Description
English: The migratory cuckoo (Scythrops novaehollandiae) arrives in Australia from New Guinea during spring/summer. It lays its eggs in the nests of larger birds. The cuckoo chicks push out the other nestlings, and are raised by their 'foster' parents.
