日本語: 香川県綾歌郡綾南町大字滝宮（現・綾川町滝宮）546番地5にある旧中国銀行高松支店滝宮出張所。
沿革
1900年（明治33年）1月19日 - 琴平銀行滝宮支店として綾歌郡滝宮村大字滝宮に開設。
1927年（昭和2年）10月2日 - 合併により山陽銀行高松支店滝宮出張所となる。
1930年（昭和5年）12月21日 - 合併により中国銀行高松支店滝宮出張所となる（綾歌郡滝宮村大字滝宮1233番地）。
1936年（昭和11年）12月22日 - 綾歌郡滝宮村大字滝宮546番地の5に新築移転。
1951年（昭和26年）1月1日 - 支店に昇格（預金専門店）。
1954年（昭和29年）4月1日 - 行政区画変更により綾歌郡綾南町大字滝宮546番地の5に所在地名変更。
1957年（昭和32年）1月1日 - 高松支店滝宮出張所となる。
1970年（昭和45年）11月30日 - 廃止、高松支店に業務継承。
