Deutsch: Muttermund einer 39-jährigen Frau während beginnender Fehlgeburt in der 8. Schwangerschaftswoche, untersucht mit einem Cusco Vaginalspekulum Größe L. Deutlich erkennbar sind der von einer normalen Regelblutung abweichende, starke hellrote Blutfluss (beachte die starke Blutansammlung im hinteren Blatt des Spekulums), sowie der bereits stark erweiterte Muttermund.
English: Cervix uteri of a 39-years-old multiparous woman during the beginning of a missed abortion in the 8th week of pregnancy, examined with a Cusco vaginal speculum size L. The bright red, strong flow of blood (note the amount of blood on the lower blade of the speculum) and the widened cervical os are clearly visible. The appearance is very different to a regular menstruation. |
