Description
English: Air Force Chief of Staff General Norton Schwartz and Colonel Robert Edmondson read the inscription of the plaque unveiled during a dedication ceremony for the Center for Families of the Fallen January 6, 2010, at Dover Air Force Base, Deleware The 6,000-square foot facility, created by renovating a former base supply store, will provide a comfortable waiting and grieving area for families of fallen servicemembers who come to witness the dignified transfer of their remains. Colonel Edmonsdson is the commander Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations Center.
