עברית: ג'ל אלקטרופורזה על ג'ל דנטורטיבי-(SDS-PAGE) של דוגמאות חלבונים וצביעה בעזרת קומסי בלו.
דוגמה A- מרקר: דוגמה המכילה חלבונים במשקלים ידועים. דוגמה D- מדיום משומש לגידול תאים המכיל נוגדנים מסוג IgG וחלבון הסרום BSA המדיום מנוקה על ידי השקעה האמוניום סולפט- ההשקעה מאפשרת להפריד בין הנוגדן לבין ה BSA. לאחר השקעת הנוגדן הוא מומס בכמות קטנה של נוזל וכך ריכוזו עולה דוגמה B: חלבון מנוקה: הנוגדן מורכב מ 2 שרשראות חלבונים גדולות- נראות כבנד בגודל 50 kDa, ומ 2 שרשראות חלבונים קטנות- נראות כבנד בגודל 25 kDa. בנוסף בדוגמה מעט שאריות BSA. דוגמה C מכילה את המדיום לאחר הניקוי- הדוגמה מכילה בעיקר BSA היוצר בנד בגודל 66 kDa.
