English: Ecuador: The Quitsato Sundial is exactly positioned on the equator line near the town of Cayambe. Altitude: 2747 m. The equator is the narrow dark line that runs through the cylinder. The northern hemisphere is at the left side, the southern one at the right side of the line. The site is managed by a non governmental organization of volunteers.
Español: Ecuador: El Reloj Solar Quitsato se compone de un cilindro funcionando como reloj solar, posicionado sobre la linea ecuatorial cerca de la ciudad de Cayambe en las faldas del volcán Cayambe. La linea ecuatorial es la linea negra delgada atravesando el cilindro. Altitud: 2747 m.
Français : Équateur : cylindre, fonctionnant comme horloge solaire, placé exactement sur la ligne de l'équateur près de la ville de Cayambe au pied du volcan Cayambe. L'équateur est la ligne étroite foncée qui traverse la base du cylindre. L'hémisphère nord est à gauche, l'hémisphère sud à droite de la ligne équatoriale. Altitude : 2747 m.
