| Description |
The hills around Whitney Pocket are rife with little caves, many of them supporting tiny arches. We stopped to examine a couple on the way back from Little Finland. these formations are endemic to the southern tip of Nevada. Valley of Fire State Park, which is nearby, also has formations like these. They are worth further exploration on another trip. |
