Summary[edit]

Description This loch is just outside of Dumfries on the A701 heading north towards Moffat, on leaving the built up area it is approximately 400 yards on the right hand side. Jericho Loch is a man made loch, made from a quarry pit and is stocked regularly by the fishing club with good sized rainbow and brown trout. The loch is also associated with Trout Master and the Sunday Post, so if you catch a good size fish you may be in for a prize.
