| Description |
Español: Arnold Schönberg, compositor austríaco inventor del dodecafonismo, es el autor de obras maestras que influyeron en la transformación del lenguaje musical del siglo XX. En momentos de crisis artística se concentró en el piano y escribió con talento partituras cruciales, de extrema dificultad técnica, que dejaron constancia de una insólita exploración de nuevos territorios musicales. Compuso una de ellas —la Pieza para piano (1929), op. 33a— durante una estancia en Barcelona: residió en una casa modernista, en el distrito de Vallcarca, junto al Parc Güell. Por eso, en 1989 se le dedicó allí una calle. |
