Description
Español: Capitán del Batallón Cívico Movilizado Valdivia Carlos Lalanne, se aprecian dos cintas Chorrillos y Miraflores (enero de 1881), posteriormente sería cambiado al Batallón Cívico Movilizado Lontué, donde participó en un combate en la localidad de Ica (octubre 1882).

En la Memoria de la Jefatura Politica y militar del Departamento de Ica, escrita por Leoncio Tagle el 20 de enero de 1883 se lee:

"La Secretaría de esta Jefatura ha sido desempeñada por el capitán del Batallón Lontué, don José Antonio Castellon, auxiliado en sus labores por los oficiales del mismo cuerpo, capitán don Carlos Lalanne, teniente don Luis Billet y subtenientes Molinas y Stephens, a quienes me hago un deber en recomendar, especialmente al primero, por su asidua contracción a la oficina"
