| Description |
Caribbean Fudge Pie 1/4 C butter 3/4 C brown sugar, packed 3 eggs 12 oz pk semi-sweet chocolate, melted 2 tsp instant coffee powder 1 tsp rum extract (optional) 1/4 C all-purpose flour 1 C walnuts, coarsely chopped 9" unbaked pie shell Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add melted chocolate, instant coffee, and rum (optional). Stir in flour and chopped walnuts. Turn into pie shell. Bake at 375 for 25 min. |
