English: GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba –Navy Capt. Deidre McLay, executive assistant to Navy Rear Adm. David M. Thomas, Jr., commander of Joint Task Force Guantanamo, stands at U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay’s Phillips Park during her promotion ceremony, Aug. 1, 2008, as the USS Farragut (DDG-99) pulls into port here.
