Description
English: Capt. Herbert Hadley, left, commanding officer of USS Philippine Sea (CG 58), presents Mr. Viktor Yatsuba, center, mayor of Sevastopol, a command ballcap prior to a reception for Ukrainian military and civilian guests while inport Sevastopol. Philippine Sea visited Sevastopol for a three-day port visit to strengthen the military partnership between Ukraine and the United States through joint military exercises and training to build upon the collective international capabilities and enhance overall maritime domain awareness in the Black Sea. Philippine Sea is on a regularly scheduled deployment in the Black Sea and serves to promote peace and security in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
