we stopped in canora, saskatchewan for lunch, and the place was pretty dead. no sign of activity, and yet main street was lined with cars. maybe we were missing something. i went for a stroll, and found this old photo shop. the image of the enlarger on the sign seemed almost quaint. i wonder if this store is doing well. it didn't seem like it but i could be wrong. it felt surreal here, although i suspect that's more a product of my limited, primarily urban existence rather than of the town itself. |
