Description
English: Change in number of basque from 1991 to 2011 in three regions with different linguistical policy : first colums are in Euscadi (Basque autonomous region of Spain, where basque is the main traditionnal language), second in Navarre (other autonomous region of Spain, where basque is regional), third in French "Pays basque" (where basque is the also main traditionnal language) (in ALCEM congres, Huesca, 24-7-2015)
