Description
Português: A revitalização do Canal da Malária, incluiu o revestimento da calha, limpeza e dragagem do fosso. Com isso, a obstrução causada pelo acúmulo de areia e lixo foi reduzida, melhorando a circulação da água. As ações se refletiram diretamente na diminuição de alagamentos em dezenas de comunidades. O canal possui um quilômetro de extensão e vai da foz do Rio Beberibe, na Ilha do Maruim, até o Largo do Varadouro.
