English: Figure 1-5: Brush Clearance. Top: Brush clearing in Area B.

The text of the report states:

1.4.2.2.4.1 After survey grid reference points were established within each survey grid, clearance of obstructive vegetative brush cover was performed (Figure 1-5) as necessary, to permit the acquisition of high-resolution, line-based geophysical data within the grid. Hand operated gas powered (as opposed to heavy machinery) clearance equipment was used during this procedure to minimize potential environmental impacts in the area.
