The bridge arrived in 3 sections on rail flat cars supplied by Camp Chase Railway. Overnight, the highway was closed while a crane lifted each section into position and professionals secured the segments together. The bridge setting was in April 2015 and after paving was complete the bridge and new trail opened on October 30, 2015.
