Summary[edit]

Description It's been a couple years since we visited the state fair. This year we went on a Monday. Luckily the temps only got into the 90s. We started the day right when the gates opened at 11 AM and stayed until 8 PM (I think I walked 8 miles at the fair). We rode the monorail, learned about fire safety from Smokey the Bear and his friends, visited the super heroes in the Hall of Heroes, and collected tourist information from the county exhibits.
