English: A plate of homemade California Burger
INGREDIENTS 4Servings 2 tablespoon mustard squeeze bottle 2 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 tablespoon sour cream 1 pound ground beef 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 1 1/3 cups shredded cheddar cheese Crispy Fried Onions 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 4 hamburger rolls, split and toasted 1/2 of a small avocado, sliced 1/2 cup sprouts (or shredded iceberg lettuce as a substitute) PREPARATION COMBINE mustard, mayonnaise and sour cream; set aside. COMBINE beef, Worcestershire, 2/3 cup Crispy Fried Onions and seasonings. Form into 4 patties. Grill over high heat until juices run clear (160°F internal temperature). PLACE burgers on rolls. Top each with mustard sauce, avocado slices, sprouts (lettuce) and remaining Crispy Onions, dividing evenly. Cover with top half of rolls |
