Calf eyeball from a dissection done at University of Pennsylvania on 2005 Oct 13. In this photo, the anterior of the eye has been separated and the lens removed; the cornea and iris remain. (Note the cow's rectangular pupil - now with glove visible through it.) Permission is granted by Mark Fickett (the photographer and student/dissector) to use, modify, and distribute this image so long as attribution to him is maintained. (Notification upon use is requested but not required.) |
