Description
English: U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Francis Evon, adjutant general for the Connecticut National Guard, Governor Ned Lamont, and a representative from the local power company examine damage caused by recent storms in Branford, Connecticut, Aug. 28, 2020. Strong winds and tornadoes wreaked havoc in the southern area of the state, just days after Hurricane Isaias pummeled the region.
