Summary[edit]
DescriptionCT-Scan of the involved Propeller Valve Module (PVM), showing debris inside the overspeed line (2) (PK661).png |
English: CT-Scan from the retrieved PVM of PK661. A debris of unknown origin could be seen here (red circle) partially blocking the overspeed line, an oil line which ends in the feather solenoid. Partial blocking in the line caused unintended differential pressure reading and resulted in the switching of the protection valve from the protected mode back to the unprotected mode. |
