Rhodes Tower of Cleveland State University. Cleveland, Ohio, United States.
Taken by 11kowrom and released into Public Domain by him/herself on 7/6/2006 16:51 (UTC). Then SportsMasterESPN removed the shadow surrounding the original image and uploaded it. Since the original image was already released in the Public Domain by the original author, current version is also in a Public Domain.
