Description
English: Coat of arms (shield only) of János Pelcz (Peltz), provost of Spiš, Slovakia (1725 - 1740).


Based on drawing and description in Siebmacher:Ungarn; in german: "In B. gegen einen spitzen braunen Felsen auspringend je ein n. Einhorn; vor d. Felsen auf gr. Boden ein Mann mit r. Kalpag, b. Rocke und Hosen sowie hohen r. Stiefeln, ind. erhobenen Rechten einen Krummsäbel, d. Linke in d. Hüfte gestützt haltend.".
