Italiano: Lo stemma del Comune di Quinto è un patrimonio di origine romanica e risale all’epoca della denominazione milanese.

Il suo colore non dovrebbe essere rosso, ma bensì oro.

Le lettere QV rappresentano il numero cinque romano riferito alla misurazione chilometrica che veniva fatta a quei tempi. Infatti Quinto era situato al quinto posto scendendo dal Passo del San Gottardo.
