Summary[edit]

Description A busy road and awkward crosswalks in 1994. Cars were whipping around Portland YMCA and then descending into the garage, but how does one walk there? Street corners said no crossing until I went a bit out of my way. Strange intersection. I think they may have improved it since 94. After all, It's supposed to be "pedestrian friendly" Portland.
