| Description |
English: Cyfnewidfa Bwsiau Porthaethwy Menai Bridge Bus Interchange. Y Borth (the colloquial name for Porthaethwy) is the hub of Ynys Mon's bus network. All but a few minor local routes, converge on the town, before crossing Pont y Borth (the Menai Bridge) on to the mainland and the city of Bangor. Buses belonging to three of the companies using the interchange can be seen in this photo - Arriva Cymru (a Dennis Dart SLF/Plaxton Pointer on the left), Lewis y Llan (a Mercedes-Benz Vario/Plaxton Beaver 2 in the middle) and Eifion's (a small minibus in the background). The fourth company is KMP which runs an hourly service between Llangefni and Llandudno. |
