Summary[edit]

Description
English: Burstwick Drain, south west of Hedon, East Riding of Yorkshire, England.
This open waterway drains the low-lying farmland of south west Holderness into the River Humber near Saltend. Recently, fishing has been allowed in it and the structure in the foreground is a base for this activity. Only the first 70m of this photograph is in the designated square with TA1728 and TA1628 (the chemical works is in the latter) beyond it.
