Čeština: Ilustrační fotografie k tématu byrokracie. Formulář je fiktivní. Žádost o schválení povolení podání podle §25 zákona č. 99/2004 Sb ve smyslu odstavce 1h vyhlášky 341/2002 Sb. (Zákon č. 99/2004 Sb. je zákon o rybářství a § 25 se týká povinnosti zaměstnanců orgánů státní správy rybářství nosit při výkonu funkcí jednotný služební stejnokroj včetně služebního odznaku. Vyhláška 341/2002 Sb. je vyhláška o schvalování technické způsobilosti a o technických podmínkách provozu vozidel na pozemních komunikacích (nahrazená v roce 2015) a formát citace uvedený v záhlaví fiktivního formuláře je nesmyslný, žádný „odstavec 1h“, navíc bez údaje o paragrafu, v této vyhlášce nelze identifikovat – písm. h) v § 1, který se nečlení na odstavce, obsahuje definici osvědčení o homologaci typu ES.)
