For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
VEB Schrauben- und Normdrehteilewerk Hildburghausen ADN-ZB Schaar 30.9.1980 Bez. Suhl: Wettbewerb: Schon jetzt konnten die Werktätigen des VEB Schrauben- und Normdrehteilewerk Hildburghausen ihrer Verpflichtung, zwei Tage Planvorsprung bis zum 31. Jahrestag der DDR zu erzielen, entsprechen. Einen Anteil daran haben auch die Mitglieder der Jugendbrigade "Jenny Marx", die hier im Bild zu sehen ist (vlnr Brigadier Renate Geiling, Karin Bach und Martina Rosenbaum).
