Aufn.Illus-Paalzow 5887-50 27.3.1950 (352.Av) Verbesserung der Buna-Qualität bei gleichzeitiger Steigerung der Produktion ist das Ziel der Belegschaft der Buna-Werke in der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik. Die zahlreichen Verbesserungsvorschläge,die von den Arbeitern laufend eingereicht werden und zur Produktionsaufnahme neuer für die Wirtschaft der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik wichtiger Erzeugnisse geführt haben,zeugen von den großen Arbeitserfolgen. Die wichtigste Aufgabe der Buna-Werke ist die Weiterentwicklung der Kautschuk-Synthese. Ständig arbeiten Techniker und Arbeiter gemeinsam an der Entwicklung eines Verfahrens zur Herstellung besseren und billigeren synthetischen Kautschuks und tragen damit entscheidend zur Erfüllung des Volkswirtschaftplanes 1950 bei. UBz: In der Lehrlingswerkstatt der Buna-Werke erhalten die Jugendlichen eine gute Ausbildung. Hier vermittelt der Lehrgeselle Rudi Schade der Jungaktivistin Isolde Hornbogen seine Fachkenntnisse an der Stoßmaschine. |
