For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Frankfurt-Oder, Bauarbeiter ADN-ZB Müller-1.7.77 Frankfurt-O: Köpfchen, Köpfchen haben Brigadier Werner Bahls (l) und die anderen Neuerer von der Taktstraße III der Wohnungsbaustelle am Kräuterweg in Frankfurt-O. Langjährige Berufserfahrung -Werner Bahls arbeitet seit 15 Jahren und Kurt Thomys seit 21 Jahren beim Bauiwesen- macht ihre Neuerervorschläge gewichtig. Mit den anderen Knoblern haben sie die Idee "geboren", die den Wegfall des Gründungsgeschosses bei bestimmten zukünftigen Wohnungsneubauten vorsieht. (siehe auch S 0701-10N) Das gegenwärtig noch in jedem Wohnbau vorhandene Gründungsgeschoß besteht aus der Fundamentplatte, Zwischenlementen (1,15 Meter hoch) und Deckplatten und beherbergt die Installationsleitungen. Eine Fundamentplatte mit eingebautem Intsallationskanal soll nach der Idee der Neuerer das material-, zeit- und geldkostende Gründungsgeschoß ersetzen.
