For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Rostock, Arbeitertheater, Probe ADN-ZB Sindermann 25-11-75 Rostock: Arbeitertheater der Neptunwerft bereitet Arbeiterfestspiele vor - Zweimal wöchentlich treffen sich die Mitglieder des Ensembles unter Leitung des Schauspielers Lutz Wesolek (2.v.l.), zur Probe ihres neuen Stücks "Plädoyer für Julia". Zu den bevorstehenden Arbeiterfestspielen will das Ensembles - es besteht aus 12 Laienkünstlern - das Kammerstück von Horst Matthies vorstellen. Die Schiffbauer der Neptunwerft, Lehrlinge, Schüler, Mediziner und Werktätige aus anderen Berufszweigen traten mit ihrem Theater - es besteht seit zehn Jahren - mehrmals mit Erfolg zu den Arbeiterfestspielen auf.
