For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Plauen, Kinderkrankenhaus ADN-ZB Thieme 8.7.1971 Karl-Marx-Stadt: Station für erkrankte Kinder werktätiger Mütter eingerichtet- Eine Station für erkrankte Kinder werktätiger Mütter wurde kürzlich in Plauen ihrer Bestimmung übergeben. In dieser Einrichtung - unmittelbar neben dem Kinderkrankenhaus gelegen - können ständig 50 Mädchen und Jungen aus Kindergärten und Krippen aufgenommen werden. 14 Betriebe und der Rat der Stadt finanzierten den Bau, der rund eine Million Mark kostete. Unter der liebevollen Pflege der Kinderkrankenschwestern Christine und Karin, sowie der Kindergärtnerin Frau Schaller (v.l.n.r.) werden die kleinen Patienten in wenigen Tagen wieder gesund sein.
