For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.

Während der Seminarpausen kommt es immer wieder zu regen Diskussionen mit den Dozenten. Dr. Hubert Filipowski (r) gehört zu denen, die uneingeschränkt ihr Wissen weitervermitteln. Information: "Dr. Filipowski ist ein ausgezeichneter Lehrer und Sozialist", sagen die arabischen Freunde. vlnr: Kamal Sarhan, Präsident des Gewerkschaftskomitees der Arbeiter der Nationalen Metallindustrie von Abbu Zabal; Khalifa Eman Ahmed, Sekretär des Allgemeinen Gewerkschaftsbundes der Post-, Telefon- und Telegrafenarbeiter in Kairo; Said Saleh, Accountant c-o Compagnie Orientale des Petroles d'Egypte.
