For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Zentralbild Koard 10.2.1970 Berlin: Staatsratskommission beriet über Beschlußentwurf zur sozialistischen Kommunalpolitik. Die Kommission des Staatsrates der DDR für die öffentliche Diskussion des "Entwurfs des Beschlusses zur weiteren Gestaltung des Systems der Planung und Leitung der wirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Entwicklung, der Versorgung und Betreuung der Bevölkerung in den Bezirken, Kreisen, Städten und Gemeinden" beriet am 10.2.1970 im Amtssitz des Staatsrates unter Vorsitz von Minister Scharfenstein (2.v.r.). Im Präsidium hatten u.a. Platz genommen: die Mitglieder des Staatsrates Dr. Klaus Sorgenicht, Hans Rietz, Stellvertreter des Vorsitzenden des Staatsrates, Erich Grützner, Vorsitzender des Rates des Bezirkes Leipzig.
