Willi Stoph, Mitglied des Politbüros des ZK der SED und Vorsitzende des Ministerrates der DDR; 2.v.r.: Prof. Kurt Hager, Mitglied des Politbüros und Sekretär des ZK der SED. Des Weiteren hatten Platz genommen: Prof. Hans Rodenberg (4.v.l.) und Prof. Dr. Dr. Erich Correns (r.). In der 2. Reihe: 2.v.l. Anna Seghers, 3.v.l. Prof. Dr. Joachim Gießmann. In der 3.
