For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Zentralbild-Liebers 8.9.1969 Bezirk Gera: VEB Modedruck Gara. Qualifizierung und Technik sind ein gutes Rüstzeug: im VEB Modedruck Gera bedient Giesela Rosenberg sechs Wirkmaschinen. Ihr Kollektiv erfüllte zum 20. Jahrestag die Verpflichtung, zusätzlich hochwertige Dederon-Gewebe zu produzieren. Sie konnten dieses Ziel trotz des durch Materialschwierigkeiten entstandenen Planrückstandes erreichen. Der Schlüssel zu diesem Erfolg waren eine verbesserte Arbeitsorganisation und eine zeitweilige dritte Schicht.
