Nach der feierlichen Eröffnung am Sonnabend Nachmittag besichtigte der Oberbefehlshaber der Kriegsmarine den Ausstellungsraum des Seegeltungs- Instituts, der neben künstlerischen Bildtafeln über die Entwicklung der Seefahrt- Modelle der in den ersten vier Jahren des Dritten Reiches vom Stapel gelaufenen Schiffen der Kriegs- und Handelsmarine zeigt.
