For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Ausflug einer Jugendbrigade aus Lübben Zentralbild Schutt 8.6.67 Volkswahlen 1967: Jugendbrigade bei Kahnpartie durch den Spreewald Nicht nur bei dieser fröhlichen Kahnpartie durch den Spreewald sind diese Mähdrescherkapitäne und Traktoristen eine feste Gemeinschaft, sondern auch bei der Arbeit. Diese 40 jungen Männer gehören zur Jugendbrigade Zentrale Erntetechnik des Kreisbetriebes für Landtechnik in Lübben. Als sie vor kurzem ihre Brigade konstituierten, bildeten sie eine FDJ-Gruppe und eine Parteigruppe, um so besser mit allen Kräften für die Erfüllung der Beschlüsse des VII. Parteitages zu wirken. Bevor sie gemeinsam die Erntearbeiten komplex in Angriff nehemen, helfen sie tatkräftig in ihren Betrieben, mit gut erfüllten Plänen an die Wahlurne zu treten.
